South Windsor Teacher

I am a South Windsor elementary reading consultant. I work with children in grades 1-5 who need support in learning to read and to think about what they read. I also consult with all of the teachers in the school to create exciting and child centered literacy environments that promote student learning in their classrooms.
I have been teaching for decades and I continue to find it incredibly rewarding and challenging. In addition to working in an elementary school, I have taught as an adjunct lecturer at CCSU in the Reading and Language Arts Department. I enjoy boating on the CT River and Long Island Sound and often take our two dogs along for the ride. I exercise, love to cook and bake and relish the out of doors especially in the warmer months.
